BTB Fitness is a neighborhood strength & conditioning gym and was one of the first CrossFit affiliate gyms in the Southeast. We have found that creating a community within our community (Poncey Highlands) has helped many of our neighbors become the fittest they have ever been. We concentrate on “Back to Basics” CrossFit conditioning which includes weightlifting, gymnastics, kettle bell training, plyometric/sprint drills and various other calisthenic activities. If you have ever gone to the Publix from the back driveway, you’ve likely seen our antics in action.
